Application of the Combination of Watershed and GVF Arithmetic in Division of Gastric Cancer Nucleus

The application of watershed arithmetic and GVF model in cell nucleus division has advantages and disadvantages respectively.Based on dramatic increase in the speed of computer calculation,the nucleus division of pathological section microscopic image of gastric cancer is realized by the combination of the former two arithmetics and professional knowledge.The initial contours of nucleus is achieved by watershed transformation,then the real contours are approaching by GVF model.According to the experiment,the combination arithmetics results in good effects.
