The similarity transformation on fractal color image and the related compression algorithm

We extend the single pixel d of gray image to 3 dimensional vector (d r, d g, d b) of RGB color image, propose the similarity transformation on color image. Then we give the formulas to compute fractal color image encoding. The experiments with these formulas show a high compression rate.
