Analysis on Failure Cases of Cover Systems at Landfills

Combined with some failure cases of cover systems at foreign landfills,the mechanisms that induce percolation,landslide,settlement and erosion of barrier cover system are analyzed,and how to avoid these failures in the design and construction of the cover system is discussed to ensure the normal operation of landfills.
