Usability Testing and Assessing of Personal Internet Banking

As traditional financial industry is involved more and more in the internet technology,internet banking is getting bankers'attention.By combining the questionnaires and experiments,this paper investigated the usability of personal internet banking from the view of users'behavior features and man-computer interaction.The usability problems of different personal internet banking are summarized as well,which will provide some advices for the bankers.
