Identifing false accounting information is a very professional and compl icated problem. This paper tries to build a process system of accounting data ba sed o n computer explore, that is, identifing false accounting information with expert system. It is a program system with plentiful professional knowledg e and experience offered by artificial intelligence technology and special knowle dge and experience, it can conclude and judge. And by scientific decisionmakin g process and means, expert system utilize accounting data and model to ga in the cause of financial results which come from observation and analysis of ac counting data at different level, and period, that is, to explore the expert relationship of accounting data and get to the end of identifying fa ls e accounting data.
