Fuzzy Comprehensive Assessment of the Psychological Qualities of Airline Pilots Based on AHP

For the special requirements of airline flight occupation to the psychological qualities of airline pilots,this paper analyzes and summarizes the existing research results about the psychological qualities of airline pilots,extracts the typical psychological characteristic factors of pilots,which may affect flight safety,proposes an index system for the psychological qualities evaluation in the selection of airline pilots,determines the weight of each evaluation index based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and establishes a comprehensive evaluation model of psychological qualities for the selection of airline pilots.At the end,questionnaires that can reflect each index are screened and used to test candidates who are then evaluated based on the established model in combination with the results of experts interviews.The results will provide the reference for judging whether the candidates are suitable for professional flight.
