Research on the Main Characteristics and Trend of Before-School-Age Floating Children

Through comparative analysis on Beijing 2000 census data and 2005 sampling data,this paper multi-dimensionally demonstrates the full profile and trend of before-school-age floating children,and proposes to build up an ad-hoc service system for this special children group,in the hope of being able to provide better services for them.
