Research and Design of the Time Control in the Distributed Expert System

Real-time characteristic takes an important part in distributed expert system for blust funace. Usually these characteristics can be reflected in three ways. The first way is that the system must respond to the blast furnace's state changing in time. The second is that the system must schedule all of its subsystems correctly. The third is that when the system punish its results on internat or internet, it must have the ability to notify all the browsers whennever it updated the results. To satisfy the system's requirement, This paper introduce the socket technology of TCP/IP protocol, the Windows's message mechanism and the DCOM technique. The practical result has indicated our system has good real-time characteristics.
