Design of Wide-band Power Amplifier Based on ADS

Based on ADS,simulation and design of a wide-band power amplifier is presented in this paper.At first,biasing point is determined and stability is judged,the next step is to analyze the matching network of input and output according to S-parameters method,and get a suitable topological.Then the matching network of input and output is simulated and optimized.All measurement results agree highly with design request.
