According to the Nd-Fe-B characteristics of the product,design an automatic weight sorter for small quality sheet materials.It is solve the core problem of the production process and its product testing links to achieve the user requirements.This article focuses on the structural principle of the equipment,work process,the main components and control design.Then analysis summarizes the characteristics of the sorting machine and improvement ideas according to user.
