Fast Algorithm and Implementation for the Demosaicing of Bayer Pattern Images Base on FPGA

A fast algorithm for the demosaicing of digital images is andlyzed, i.e. for the interpolation of Bayer pattern. Edge-directional color-ratios interpolation method is used in this algorithm. The reproducing image looks smooth. With the parallel process ability of FPGA, the operation speed of color reproduction is improved greatly.
