A new Plan for Modnfying SSL Encryption Mode

Domestic SSL encryption only can implement feeble encryption mode because of the restriction of American law.According to the consequence a new project about the amended SSL encryption measures was brought forward.The new project not only can perform 128bit strong encryption mode independently,but also can connect Internet traversing firewall.Comparing with current encrypting measures,the s new project will not cause security questions to network communication.
