Congestion Control Algorithm Based on Multicast Routing

This paper unifies network layered multicast with application layered multicast and tunneling technique.Based on reliable multicast error control,we lead congestion control ability into resumptive node,make some intermediate node virtual sender of multicast tree,so they can adjust rate freely at congestion position.Thus effectively solve congestion control problem in heterogeneous network.Finally we do some simulation according to evaluate target of multicast congestion control.
