Resource Allocation of Multi-homing Hierarchical DTN-based Train Mobile interNet Access(M2H2-DTN) on the DTN overlay layer affects the efficiency of DTN routing and even the whole system. Its proper design can alleviate traffic congestions. On the basis of the predictable environment, the access router information matrix and real-time estimation of the network access time are designed, and resources post-fetch policy is proposed to enhance quality of high-utility services. Then a new customer utility function with the impact of disruption and delay is conceived as a basis of the proposed Pareto-optimal Resource Allocation Model. Finally a scenario simulation with sparse nodes shows that the model can provide satisfied QoS,alleviate the congestion at the bottleneck, and have better robustness.
