The orthogonal transformations and its inverse problem

Let R~n denote n-dimensional Euclidean space,S denote the set of all n×n orthogonal matrices.In this paper,we consider following inverse problem Given x,b∈R~n,find all A∈S such that Ax=b.A necessary and sufficient condition for A to be solution of this problem is given,and general method for constructing solution of this problem is given.
