Research on New Method of Preparation for Metal Rust Preventives

In order to obtain the method of preparation for mental rust preventives,a new method was found through a large number of experiments,which is simple in technology,less in investment,quick in effectiveness,good in preventing rust,poison-free and pollution-free.First,sodium lauryl sulfate and EDTA were put into the prepared complex inhibitor at the rate of 1:1 in mass.Then,Acid Boric,Ammonium hydroxide,and NaOH were mixed into alkaline solution in certain proportion,once the complex inhibitor was put into the above solution,the new water metal rust preventive was obtained.Therefore,the FH stabilizer was replaced with a new complex inhibitor by means of this method,in which no poisonous nitrites were adopted.
