The Study of Virtual Property and the Protection of Criminal Law

Virtual property,which is objective and dependent,is a new thing whose appearance is accompanied by the development of network of information technology.Virtual property's legal nature and legal status should be recognized by law.Because of the absence of legal provisions,it can not be considered that virtual property is protected by the criminal law,and violations of virtual property can not constitute property crime.We should try to choose paths of non-criminal law to protect virtual property.
