Research on Target Value Analysis Methods in Joint Information Operations

The paper analyzes the characters of target selection problem of joint information operations, gives a new method of value analysis and target selection in a network target system. Target selection is an important problem in simulation and decision support of joint information operations. Target value analysis is the base of target selection. The paper researches different measures of target value comparison, confirms the measurement of target network value and gives value models for node targets, node target groups and link targets by graph theory. An arithmetic sample testifies that the model can solve the target selection problem of information operations for attacking a network. It is a new method for value analysis and target selection in a network target system.
