Development Trend of Higher Education Based on Cloud Computation and Air Campus

One trend of the future high education put forward by 2009 Annual Conference of American Information-based Higher Education is the air campus based on cloud computation,which integrates the most advanced and applicable educational IT and will affect the educational strategy orientation of instruction,scientific research and assessment mechanism.In comparison with the development of China's Radio and TV University and the popularity of American air campus,there are the differences in technology and mechanism and the similarities in basic ideas and social requirements.To face new technological challenges,it is necessary to analyze the future development trend of the air campus and to summarize China's experience and basis so as to digest the advanced ideas and promote the educational reform that conforms to the situation in China.
