City Underground Pipelines Data Check-up Based on Knowledge and Rules

Knowledge database of city underground pipelines is built by analyzing the pipelines' data structures and features in depth.An example is given to show how the rules are coded.The quality and efficiency of data supervision of Underground pipelines is greatly improved by using expert system based on the rules of the knowl-edge database.
