Design and implementation of video monitor and operation management system for China highway

Regarding to the problems of integrating video monitor functionalities with operation management in highway informationization process in China,a JBoss based framework of video monitor and enhanced highway operation management system is proposed.This system is implemented in such aspects as contextual components,persistence access of database,webpage presentation,et al.A trial test shows that the system has more stable running performance,highe video processing speed,and higher business response speed.Therefore,it is applicable in informationization construction and intelligent management of China highway.
