Application of PCC to the LCU of Lalang Hydropower Station

On the basis of the programmable computer controller(PCC),which is developing rapidly,a flexible and easy operating LCU system for hydropower stations is designed and realized.With the help of the advantages of PCC in communication and data processing,this system completes the operation control,synchronization control,protection control and parameter adjusting with high dependability,and implements the operation data statistics,analog variables collection and kinds of action records with its abundant programming language and powerful communication capacity.It offers a new idea for the design of the LCU system of hydropower stations.
