Dual Character of Network Association and Countermeasures

Network association has been becoming a kind of advanced,swif,efficient and complete new pattern of contact. But it has dual character: positive function co-exists with negative consequence, openness and closeness exist together, privacy conflicts with the right of know, and so on. So, some countermeasures should be taken such as standardize the network association, heighten the legal consciousness and the ethical level of its main body, lead the network association to improve on healthy and orderly way, and so forth. Thus, it would the better promoting all-round development of a person.
