Image denoising by fast discrete curvelet transform

Considering the defects of the soft-threshold and hard-threshold in image denoising,a new threshold function based on the fast discrete curvelet transform is proposed.The experiment results show that the de-noised image which used the new threshold function has the higher PSNR and better visual quality.
