The analysis bases on the meaning of a constructive theory and the model of a knowledge construction in university libraries

This article introduces the Sense-Making Theory,which by three steps of cognition,programming,implementation to build a model of knowledge construction in university libraries.Based on the actual situation,we analysis the effect of this model,so that we can reasonably build the collection of university libraries.
