Research on Expert System of Industry Drilling Based on ANN

This paper researched a fault diagnosis expert system model of industry drilling utilizing neural network to obtain the knowledge based on collecting the drilling parameters during drilling procedure aiming at the actuality of constructing by driller's experience in drilling engineering. The system constantly learned and trained through neural network for the instances of drilling complicated problems,and verified the existence of accident through mixed reasoning mechanism,and pre -warned to the possible engineering accident,and realized the effect control to drilling machine. The experiment proves that this system effectively prevents happen of drilling accidents,improves drilling efficiency,has good locale run effect,provides powerful guarantee for scientific drilling,and reduces enterprise economical loss.
