To enhance competitiveness of science and technology information service

We discuss existence of competition of science and technology information service.We also make clear that essence of scientific and technical information work is satisfies competition needs of user development and information organization.Furthermore,we propose service mode which changes pulls into pushes,changes the user initiative into the information initiative.Finally,we can enhance competitiveness of science and technology information organization through competitiveness of science and technology information organization through constrction of information analysis platform and chanacteristic database.
