Revolving the security questions which the electronic commerce activity involves to,this paper thoroughly elaborates each kind of related information security technology and the network security solution and realizes the digital signature with object-oriented programming language Java.Points out the secure question of the electronic commerce is not only the technical question and also involves to the law,the morals,the management and so on.
