In 2010 I undertake in Hebei Province Department of Transportation Highway Administration commissioned Hebei Province Department of Transportation Highway Administration office systems within the network.The main achievement of the highway system of electronic document circulation and online document exchange,e-government and to achieve traffic paperless office,improve the work efficiency of highway,good benefits.I served as the project manager.Responsible for the overall manage ment of the project,in the full analysis of the characteristics of the project,the major from the development of the project charter,project scope statement,project management plans,directs and manages the project implementation,monitoring and control project work,the overall change control and project Several aspects of finishing the whole management of the project.In the overall man agement of the process,I gained valuable experience,but also withstood the test,summed up the lesson.
