Performance Detection of Precision Seed-metering Device Based on Single Chip Microprocessor

In order to improve the working quality of precision sowing machines,reserched a rice seed live unit automatically detects the condition and LCD alarm system.The system uses the STC89C51 central as processor,and the real time signal was acquired and processed through infrared photoelectric sensor and speed sensor on the planter′s condition,and displayed through the LCD conditions in real time,when there is non-normal planting the automatically alarm will ring.This design has the following characteristics: 1) monitoring of high precision,reliable;2) multiple signals are detected at the same time,easy to expand;3) simple structure,easy operation low price;4) the use of a wide range.
