With a lot of data and examples,the paper discusses the consequence of E reading in the procession of digital library It also proposes that,not only those leading libraries,but also other medium and small size libraries should establish and complete their digital library networks The paper introduces the actual function of Proxy Server and relevant network techniques to locate,as well as how E reading functions in a digital library
