Study on the Standards of Three Kinds of Editing Elements in Sci-tech Periodicals

It is pointed out that editors should standardize editing elements based on the present standards,in view of the fact that some editing elements in sci-tech periodicals dose not conform to editing standards.Typesetting technique of mathematical formula,standards of the use of numbers and using punctuation marks are studied in this paper.
