Study on the Strategies of Regional Network Information Resources Optimizing Allocation

Network information resources have unevenly diffused from the eastern to the western region in China,the eastern region is much higher than the western region and the central region.According to the present situation that network information resources allocation has marked differences,its form reasons are analyzed,some strategies in order to optimize network information resource allocation are put forward.
