Medical data exchange based on HL7 V3.0

The establishment of digital Medical Union and Regional medical platform has become Inevitable trend of medical imformation development due to the drive of new medical reform.But many kinds of different relation databases coexist,as a result of soft and hard condition differnces in every medical departments.HL7 V3,0 has made a lot of improvements compare to order version,This paper designs a heterogeneous medical imformation interactive strategy based on XML,after analysed the principle of HL7 V3.0.This strategy can safely process and transfer HL7 messages based on XML format in different systems efficiently.That do not need modification of order HIS and solving the problem of dataexchange in heterogeneous medical systems.
