The Measurement about the Quality of the Reservoir Resettlement's Life

Using the arrangement policies of reservoir settlement as the goal,the evaluation index system of the quality of the reservoir resettlement's life is structured.Based on the system,the qualitative and quantitative indexes are standardized with expressivity function,which makes the standardization results meet the practical demand better.And then the fuzzy consistent judgment matrix is uesd to calculate the weight of the index.It can deel with the consistency problem of judgment martix easily.Finally,in light of fuzzy recognition,the comprehensive evaluation method of the quality of the reservoir resettlement's life is given.
