Method of Combined Weighting of Dam Safety Evaluation

Aiming at the problem of weights of dam safety evaluation , the paper based on the Bayes’ theory brings forward a method of combined weighting using principle of loss function. And then the randomness problem of weighting dam data is solved. By so doing, the weighting is more objective and effective.
