To use the light system of living beings electric magnetic effective test case,which developed by oneself,produce different light frequency,luminous intensity and illumination time,deal with the illumination to the tomato seed,arrange the experiment with well-distributed determine its germination percentage,sprout tendency,date of emerging,and the hight of seeding.To get the equation of regressing by calculating through the computer.To analyses,light of different frequency and intensity illumination to the tomato seed for different time,the effection of its growth of germination will be different,and then we can find out the best illumination parameter of tomato seed : Light strength 4500～4700 lx,illumination time 15～16 h,light frequency 6.67×10~(14)Hz.
