Optimal downlink power allocation strategy and beamforming algorithm

Aiming at the downlink precoding problem,a novel algorithm based on the theory of second-order cone programming is proposed.It reformulates the joint optimization problem of power allocation and beamforming as a convex optimization with single augment.In fact,it is a second-order cone programming problem,and thus can be solved by an interior-point algorithm.Furthermore,the proposed method is robust against imperfect channel state information.Simulations prove the validity of the proposed method.
