Development of scientific research information management system using Delphi

A network version Scientific Research Information Management System (SRIMS) using Delphi was developed. The functions of this system are quickly querying scientific research information, managing scientific research information, evaluating scientific research items using fuzzy method, etc. The system has the values of practical meaning and application. Its advantages are full function, friendly interface and easy use.
