The application method is brought forward for the measurement technology of steady state thermal resistance of thermal insulating material based on SCM and national standard. The hardware connection of the serial A/D transformer TLC2543 with SCM, the cold end compensation method for the thermocouple signal and the application of low price and low power loss operation amplifier AD620 are introduced, a new application method of digital PID arithmetic is put forward.
