With the Population and application of RFID,this paper designs a attendance system which is based on a kind of RFID-SIM phone card,this system integrates collecting information and attendance management.In this paper,it includes the designation of Database,the idea of system designation,and the implementation process.Now the system is used in a factory very well.At the same time,it establish es for the application of related technology such as phone bank and so on.
