An Additional Automatic Glueing Mechanism for the Folding and Gluing Machine

In view of the small volume capacity of glue pasting container for a DH-58E high-speed automatic folding and gluing machine,which results in adding glue adhesive frequently in the process,an automatic glue additional mechanism is designed for the machine.By means of installation of a glue container before the machine part of pasting the paper box,the capacity of glue can be increased and an accurate controlling for the glue output is possible.The additional mechanism avoids the massive production scrap as the gluing wheel is flooded too shallow or too deep into the glue.The efficiency of the additional mechanism has been proved in a real production process.
