Off-line Signature Verification Based on Competitive Cluster

In this paper,a new off-line signature verification algorithm based on competitive cluster is presented.In the register phase,the correlation coefficient is calculated for checking the consistency of the data sets.In the verification phase,the questionable signature is verified by the competitive cluster which the questionable signature and the samples are involved in.No need for threshold controlling,the experiment shows minimization of false acceptance rate.
