Fault injection method for testing mass storage system availability

This paper introduces the approach based on the fault injection to test the recovery time of mass storage systems,then gives the evaluation of the availability effected by the fault,and designs the method to simulate the workload of the system,manual fault injection to mass storage system and disk failure injection to SCSI disk.
