This paper discusses the complicated dynamic system while using the control theory to carry on automatically the construction,description and classification of the complicated dynamic system mathematics model controlled.The model can classify and make better choice to different possibility of modeling.The system distinguishes the method and answers and can eliminate the influence of perturbations on the system,while the principle of distinguishing method category depends on the form of the signal of the mathematics model.
