Java-based Visual Modeling Tool for Pumped Storage Power Plants

A visual computer supervision and control system can provide general information of the objects to be supervised,by which the judgments and decisions can be made rapidly and correctly,and the work efficiency can be improved.By the use of the characteristics of the object,system platform irrelevance and multithreading of Java,the chart objects of the pump storage power plant are abstracted,and a visual modeling tool is developed.The simulation system of the Guangzhou Pumped Storage Power Plant is developed with this tool, and it meets the needs well both in function and efficiency.
