Users' Satisfaction-the Incarnation of ISO 9000 Family Standard in the University Library

As our university is preparing for the appraisal by the Ministry of Education, it is time for our library to introduce the international quality standard, ISO 9000. This paper discusses how to apply ISO 9000 family standard to establish perfect system of users' satisfaction in our library.
