Application of GA-ANN in Effectiveness Evaluation for Equipment Support Command System

Put forward an index system of effectiveness evaluation for equipment support command system;some deficiency of ANN is rectified and the ANN’s structure is optimized by GA algorithm.Structural description of ANN adopts the mode of indirect encoding,and structure and weight are evolved simultaneously.The index system was tested and verified by practical example,which provides non-traditional thought for effectiveness evaluation method.
