Research On the Scope of Illegal Circumvention in "Computer Software Protection Regulation

China's newly revised Computer Software Protection Regulation has added provisions to forbid illegal circumvention. But there is no detailed provision about the scope of illegal circumvention in the regulation. From two points of view on circumvention forbidden by law and not seen as infringement, this paper discusses, based on the analysis of the research results on circumvention, the scope of illegal circumvention in Computer Software Protection Regulation.
