On construction of orthogonal periodic wavelt of birariate Box splines function

This article gives the construction of the orthogonal periodic wavelt of the birariate Box splines functions.First it gives the definition of periodical multi-scale analysis of the birariate Box splines.From it we can construct the corresponding periodic scaling functions,then we can construct the orthogonal periodic walvelt function.
